Roger O'Sullivan is a seasoned health care and life sciences attorney with over two decades of experience advising companies operating at the intersection of medicine, technology, and the law. For almost 17 years, he has served as General Counsel and Compliance Officer to growth-stage companies in highly regulated industries — supporting organizations with ~200 employees and $50 million in revenue through complex commercial, operational, and strategic inflection points. 

Roger's practice centers on commercial strategy, cross-border market entry, corporate governance, and the full spectrum of transactions that shape healthcare and life science businesses, including licensing, clinical and commercial contracting, strategic partnerships, M&A, and general risk management. Roger has significant experience supporting companies developing and commercializing innovative technologies—from cognitive testing tools used in CNS trials with global pharmaceutical partners to cancer diagnostics and advanced AI-enabled laboratory-developed tests.

As a trusted advisor to founders, boards, executive leadership teams, and investors, Roger counsels on confidential governance matters, internal and governmental investigations, compliance issues, and the operational realities of scaling companies in highly regulated environments.
