Roger O'Sullivan is a seasoned healthcare and life sciences attorney with over two decades of experience advising companies operating at the intersection of medicine, technology, and the law. For the past 16+ years, he has served as General Counsel and Compliance Officer to growth-stage medical device, drug development, and clinical laboratories leveraging AI-enabled diagnostic technology —supporting organizations with ~200 employees and $50 million in revenue through complex operational, commercial, and strategic inflection points. 

Roger's practice centers on commercial strategy, cross-border market entry, corporate governance, and the full spectrum of transactions that shape healthcare and life science businesses, including M&A, strategic partnerships, licensing, clinical and commercial contracting, and risk management. Roger has significant experience supporting companies developing and commercializing innovative technologies—from cognitive testing tools used in CNS trials with global pharmaceutical partners to cancer diagnostics and advanced AI-powered laboratory-developed tests.
